show Abstracthide AbstractIn this study, dynamic changes of ctDNA and cfDNA in the perioperative period of NSCLC were used to explore the possibility of them as biomarkers to indicate the risk of recurrence. And we found that the cfDNA levels are raised by the operation overall, but will be polarized after surgery in 7 days. Patients with perioperative elevated cfDNA may have a higher risk of recurrence. We may have identified a biomarker that is more readily available than ctDNA to predict the risk of NSCLC recurrence after surgery.
